The majority of loans in Italy are of the repayment type. We are however able to offer and arrange mortgages in other formats where circumstances permit.
The minimum loan is £25,000 with a maxfimum of 80% of the property valuation or purchase price (whichever is the lower).
Term of mortgage: 5 to 30 years up to age 75, as in the UK, proof of income will be required in every instance. Generally earned, pension, investment and rental incomes are acceptable, although some lenders may not accept all of these.
The current euro interest rate is 3.30% and is variable. Fixed rates also available.
